families affected by Fatty Acid Oxidation Disorders (LCHAD is an FOD). I strongly
recommend that you view this website as it has a diverse audience to which questions
can be asked.
Save Babies Through Screening Foundation, Inc.
is a national nonprofit organization that supports expanded newborn screening.
As with all disorders early detection plays an important role in the prognosis which
is why newborn screening is so important.
